- Connect your Google Calendar(s) to BookedView in a few clicks. Other resources (such as rooms) are supported. Choose which of your resources are displayed on a view and open the link wherever you would like to display it.
- When you have connected a resource (calendar or room), you can be confident that the next day will reflect the next day's activities. No more running around updating slides on screens!
- The links you generate will display on pretty much any hardware with an internet connection. We imagine most applications will use TV's, projectors, PC's, tablets and mobile phones. But, there's nothing stopping creative uses (games consoles, TV stick & even internet enabled fridges!?
- When you link a resource, we'll give you a simple URL that you can use to access the view. If you would prefer to brand it, of course you can!
- Professional display isn't complete without the ability for you to add your company logo. You can also select your preferred colour scheme when you generate a link.

- You get full access to BookedView. BookedView enables you to connect a Google Calendar or Google room resource. When connected you will be provided a link that you can open on any device (in or out) of your venue that will give a rundown of the bookings in that room for the day. You can choose to add more than one calendar or resource to a view (helpful if you have one screen and 4 rooms, for example!).
- Unfortunately we currently only support Google Calendars. We will be offering Microsoft integrations very soon. You should register your interest to be informed when this launches.
